SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after preorder window closes.

Shipping times within the USA will be up to 10 working days

Shipping times for International orders will be up to 15 working days

Shipping costs will be calculated by the USPS service at checkout.

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Arenoso Clothes is a NYC based business hired within contract by Rubber Duckz representatives to provide with production and distribution of merchandise. Rubber Duckz or its TEAM are not responsible for handling customer service or refunds.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase Rubber Duckz or Arenoso are not in any obligation to refund or replace the order delivered. ​
